Gather in the heart of Summersville

The City Pavilion brings people together downtown for community activities, local entertainment, and special events. It is one of the City's listed rental facilities and a setting for Music at the Pavilion.

Start planning your event

• Share your preferred date and the type of gathering you have in mind.
• Discuss your expected attendance, setup needs, and event schedule with the City Office.
• Confirm rental fees, access, cleanup arrangements, and any equipment you will need to provide.

Confirm the right rental agreement

The current City website links its Pavilion listing to the City Hall rental policy. Ask the City Office which agreement and rules apply specifically to your Pavilion event before making arrangements.

Vending in the adjacent parking lot has its own policy and application. A Pavilion reservation should not be assumed to include vendor participation.
