Beautification Committee

Making room for art and community pride

The Summersville Beautification Committee brings residents, nonprofit organizations, and City staff together around public art and creative projects. Established in response to community interest, the volunteer group works to make shared spaces more inviting and strengthen people's connection to Summersville.

Community-supported projects

The committee's work has received support from the City, the Nicholas County Community Foundation, and individual donors. Projects bring together local participation and resources to improve spaces people use and enjoy.
