Brown Oaks includes a two-story Main House, a Carriage House, and landscaped lawn and garden areas. Indoors, you have comfortable rooms for hosting and gathering, plus a full-service kitchen that supports catering and food service. Outdoors, the lawn and gardens create a gorgeous backdrop for ceremonies, photos, and open-air receptions, with plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the property.

Photo shoots are $100 per hour.
$300 due with rental deposit (refundable within 7 days if no damage or theft is discovered and no additional hourly fee is incurred).
A half day is four hours or less, and it includes setup time, the event, and cleanup.
$50 per hour if you go over.
