COVID-19 Vaccine Process

1. Getting on the state’s vaccine registry. Please go to www.vaccinate.wv.gov or call the call center at 833-734-0965.  This registry is how the state is scheduling appointments and the best way for West Virginias to get a vaccine. The call center is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5 pm.

2. Get on a pharmacy waitlist. Local pharmacy who is giving vaccines may have a waiting list.  Please call your local pharmacy to get on this list.

If West Virginians encounter a problem or issue with one of these two steps, please contact the Office of U.S. Senator Joe Manchin below.   You will need the following information when contacting them: Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth, and City of Residence. Unfortunately, that office cannot not promise anything but would like to be able to help them if vaccines come available.
