The City of Summersville contracted with a Princeton,WV engineering firm, Stafford Consultants Incorporated, to design our new water plant. The newly designed plant was completed in 2002 and is capable of purifying three million gallons per day, enough for Summersville to become a regional water provider. The City of Summersville is pleased to have this valuable new piece of infrastructure which will enable us to continue to grow and prosper as a community.
